The role An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Fitter / Boilermaker based at our Masonry Plant in Townsville. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role, you will be able to apply your technical expertise or other experience gained, working in a team environment and autonomously on plant maintenance. Great opportunities for development and advancing your skills on heavy industry equipment will be provided.

Responsibilities Ensure commitment to safety, quality, and the environment Mechanical fitting duties within a site-based environment Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals Focus on continuous improvement ideas Maintain accurate records of work performed Mould maintenance/Fabrication Ability to cover different positions within the plant if required What you will need to succeed Proven experience in a mechanical role or similar A confident, self-motivated, energetic individual A team player with a high degree of trade flexibility or experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills Our business Adbri Masonry is Australia's leading concrete products manufacturer supplying quality concrete bricks, blocks, pavers, retaining walls, erosion control products, and architectural masonry solutions.
