Cockburn Cement currently has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the commercial finance function for the Cement & Lime West Operations. Based in Munster, WA, this role will partner with the General Manager of WA operations and the broader team to deliver transparent, accurate, and timely financial insights. The role focuses on driving business improvements, identifying value creation opportunities, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Responsibilities
Provide financial insights to support operational teams and identify value creation opportunities.
Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts for Cement & Lime West Operations.
Collaborate on long-range strategies and capital expenditure proposals, including DCF analysis and financial modelling.
Deliver monthly management reporting packs, including dashboards on key performance drivers.
Support ad hoc requirements and continuous improvement initiatives through innovative financial analysis.
Foster collaboration and accountability within the team while promoting diversity and inclusion.
Provide constructive feedback, manage performance gaps, and support career progression.
Build and lead a high-performing team that embraces change and strives for excellence.
What You Will Need to Succeed
Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or a related discipline.
CPA/CA membership or equivalent professional qualification.
8+ years of finance experience, including business partnering and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Proven success in executing commercial strategies and driving business improvement is essential.
Leadership experience, particularly in large, complex organisations within the manufacturing, cement, or mining sectors.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience advantage).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute effectively to a dispersed team.
