Ad - Post Production Coordinator

Seeking a POST PRODUCTION COORDINATOR! The successful candidate will assist in the daily operations of EndemolShine Australia's post production department, coordinating activities for various staff & functions. This role is on-site at our various Sydney offices.
Duties include: Point of contact for Production & Post personnel & requests Onboarding show staff and coordinating episode screenings with crew, company execs & network representatives Manipulating show schedules Tracking clearance & release forms, as well as contributor, contra & sponsorship requirements Maintaining key documentation & gathering data to assist with planning Updating processes & devising systems to improve efficiencies Coordinating timesheets & attendance logs Organising & booking voice-over recordings & checking scripts Attending & recording minutes at fortnightly & wrap meetings Previous experience preferred.
