Actus Associates is a vibrant and growing Architectural and Interior Design Studio that is currently expanding its operations from Perth into Adelaide.
In support of this, we are now looking for a Senior Project Architect who has expert knowledge of design and construction processes to lead our newly established team based in Adelaide CBD.

The Role
You will be the senior member in a newly established Adelaide branch of Actus Associates, working with a close-knit team of technicians.
You will be relied upon to act autonomously with your team in order to produce high quality documentation for design, planning and construction phases across a range of new projects in South Australia.
Collaborating closely with Actus Associates senior leadership based in Perth, your contribution to the culture and professionalism at the new Adelaide branch will help shape it going into the future.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly capable architect looking for the next step in their career, who possesses the desire to grow and develop a new workplace within a dynamic organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years of experience working in the industry and meet the following requirements:
Commitment to positive working culture Previous Australian experience in the defence sector (preferable) Strong client and supplier relationships Attention to detail and presentation skills Excellent knowledge of all building codes, standards, and regulations Comprehensive understanding of local planning processes Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate consultants Excellent time management and organisational skills Must be an Australian Citizen Applications:
