The opportunity
This is an exciting chance for an experienced Actuarial professional to join QBE AUSPAC Actuarial, in the role of Actuarial Manager.
With a key focus on providing actuarial valuation and portfolio insights for our Australian Packages, Property and Motor products, you will develop knowledge across a wide range of products.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Career progression of Actuarial Analysts through effective leadership
Development and execution of the end-to-end reserving process of key segments within our Packages, Property and Motor classes including all statutory deliverables.
Collaborating with the Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Business functions to provide actionable insights that will drive portfolio performance
Develop forward looking projections for budgets and reforecasts
About you
FIAA or equivalent
Industry experience in General Insurance, preferably including leadership positions
Passionate about people management
Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with a strategic mindset
