With a key focus on providing actuarial valuation and portfolio insights for our Australian Packages, Property and Motor products, you will develop knowledge across a wide range of products.In this role you will be responsible for:Career progression of Actuarial Analysts through effective leadershipDevelopment and execution of the end-to-end reserving process of key segments within our Packages, Property and Motor classes including all statutory deliverables.Collaborating with the Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Business functions to provide actionable insights that will drive portfolio performanceDevelop forward looking projections for budgets and reforecastsAbout youFIAA or equivalentIndustry experience in General Insurance, preferably including leadership positionsPassionate about people managementDemonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with a strategic mindsetConstant improvement mindsetAbout QBEWe can never really predict what's around the corner, but at QBE we're asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future - helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.
