The Role The Activities Manager is responsible for the property's activities function, including guests transfers and activities, education and training of tour guides and localised marketing initiatives. The role requires a high level of communication with all resort Departments, whilst maintaining a high standard of guest services and customer relations in line with Discovery Parks standards. The Activities Manager will lead the activities team to meet guest expectations whilst also meeting financial targets and operational standards.
