ACTIVITIES INSTRUCTOR About Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat: Located in Tallebudgera Valley within the Gold Coast Hinterland, Gwinganna is an innovative, premium quality wellness retreat offering a unique and rewarding work environment. The retreat is multi award winning, eco-certified and regarded as the leading fully immersive wellness brand in Australia. With 240 employees and contractors, we understand our team is our greatest asset.
We are looking to engage qualified and experienced contractors to provide the services of Activities Instructors to our guests who are on retreat. Ideally we seek contractors who demonstrate a strong alignment with Gwinganna's wellness principles and philosophy.
Classes & Activities: We offer our guests a range of fitness classes such as:
boxing, TRX, bosu, resistance training, mobility, functional movement, fit ball, stretch, outdoor games, indoor cycle, aqua and hiking, pilates, yoga, meditation, singing bowls, sound healing and many other interesting and innovative modalities.
Contractors must demonstrate the following attributes: Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skillsFitness Instructor or similar qualificationA minimum of 3 years' experience within the fitness and wellness industryExperience teaching classes to large groupsHold a current first aid and CPR certificateBe physically fit, well presented and be committed to a healthy lifestyleMust have own transport and insuranceCreative mindset for new and innovative classesThese are exciting opportunities to provide your own expertise and assist our retreat to experience optimum wellness.
