As an Activities Co-Ordinator, you will coordinate and support the planning, creation, and delivery of the home's leisure and wellness programme. This programme aims to encourage residents to participate in a wide range of engaging activities and hobbies. You will lead efforts to ensure a programme of individual activities is available to enhance the lives and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
About You: It is important that you have a genuine enthusiasm for the people we support. Being well-organised and able to demonstrate leadership qualities are strong attributes of the ideal candidate. Computer literacy, reading, writing, and clear communication are essential, along with a real interest in wellness and active aging for the people living in our care. Weekend availability is advantageous.
Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK.
