The department is seeking an experienced Active Directory B2 C Engineer to manage and improve our system infrastructure including on-premises server and storage systems, multi-cloud infrastructure, Office 365 applications, standard operating environments, and end user device management.
The request seeks to engage experienced candidates who have capability to: • Work effectively across teams to provide systems expertise to enhance and improve existing solutions, including designing, developing, implementing, and testing solutions, in line with business requirements and software development standards.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to investigate and resolve complex issues with the operation of infrastructure and infrastructure as code.
• Ensure deadlines are consistently met and that a high standard of technical and design documentation is provided.
• Define, develop and document the existing automation technologies to enhance the system's build, test and deployment capabilities.
• Assist the application development teams with the development and maintenance of Dev Ops continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines.
• Perform additional duties or assume responsibility of functions as required • Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and integrating IAM systems and solutions.
• Proven ability to identify, analyse and resolve system design weaknesses, troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
• Proven experience in analysis of infrastructure to ensure that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss.
• Proven experience in designing reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including non-technical senior managers.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of business, technology, external suppliers and other subject-matter experts.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining Azure AD B2 C User Flows and Custom Policies • Cultural fit: o Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams o Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
o Ability to collaborate and mentor team members to promote team harmony • Relevant qualifications in IT, including cloud certification • Experience with Dynamics 365 and workflow integration development • Experience with GIT version control and common branching strategies • Experience with Kubernetes base solutions • Demonstrated knowledge of IT frameworks, such as ITIL and TOGAF • Demonstrated knowledge of the Commonwealth frameworks, including ICT frameworks • A willingness to undergo security vetting at the Negative Vetting NV1 level.
