JOB DESCRIPTION The Activation Specialist (Paid Search & Analytics) is an important addition to the Search team, focusing on the tactical execution and optimisation of paid media activity.
Ideally you possess foundational knowledge and experience across one or more of the following areas; Modern Search from a tactical perspective through to analytical and data driven approaches Reporting & data vis experience to identify trends and proactive recommendations Google Marketing Platform The ideal candidate will leverage their skills and experience to enhance campaign performance, ensuring optimal ROI through continuous improvements and innovation in the channel.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing, managing budgets $3k - $20k+ per month (ideally experience in ecommerce, SaaS or Marketplaces).
Working knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform, including Search Ads 360 (SA360), Display & Video 360 (DV360), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is desirable.
Analytical skills, with familiarity in using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush for data analysis and reporting.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
A creative and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of tackling marketing challenges successfully.
