The Activation Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end delivery across their clients, as well as heavily assisting the client teams with quarterly business reviews, product development, and assistance with new business across channels. This role must ensure the performance of all client accounts within their team and that clients' investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building exceptionally strong relationships with them. The Activation Specialist will be responsible for the overall quality of the response to brief, define campaign KPI's and measurement of the campaign alongside the delivery of the post campaign report.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning, Management & Delivery Managing a portfolio of clients across digital and offline channels.Running, managing, and reporting on campaign success to clients.Effectively plan channel and budget splits relative to client needs/wants.Use critical thinking & analytical skills to analyse complex data sets to make decisions to beat client goals.Working across multiple technology platforms including but not limited to DSPs, ad servers, bespoke proprietary platforms, and verification platforms.Experience/knowledge of SA360, DV360, Trade Desk, AdWords and Facebook is ideal.Work with media owners and publishers to negotiate and book placements at competitive rates.To ensure campaigns run smoothly - internal and external relationship management is key. Project Management Provide avails, pricing, and strategy recommendations for new campaigns.Partnering with the other members of the trading team to enhance internal tools & processes.Feedback & test new trading products to help drive future enhancements. Internal/External Collaboration & Communication Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships, to deliver strong results for your clients.Building great relationships within and outside the agency.Working with other commercial teams to deliver custom client solutions.Explaining strategy & optimisations to internal & external partners.
