About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an Activation Outbound Agent to join our high performing Service Delivery team at AGL.
Based in Moruya and reporting to the Activations Team Leader, the Activation Outbound Agent will work to make outbound calls to customers to confirm order details, assist getting online, or clarify any exceptions to orders to provide a positive onboarding experience for all customers in the telco space.
In this dynamic role, you'll work directly with the Activations Team Leader to help shape the customer journey and deliver an outstanding personalised service to our customers each and every time, whilst adhering to best practice complaint management.
What you'll be doing: Work with Service delivery team to clarify order detailsProvide ongoing feedback to the Activation Team Leader to help shape the customer journeyCase management of complex ordersMake outbound calls to customers with stalled servicesProvide a high customer experience from order through to activationAbout You As a customer-focused individual, you will bring demonstrated experience in providing a personalised service, dispute resolution, and complaint management.
You will be a team player who brings an aptitude for critical analysis and a desire to contribute to the strategic goals of the team.
