Constantly monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.Regularly communicate with clients to provide performance updates, reports, and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.Prepare detailed performance reports that showcase the results of campaigns and their impact on client's business objectives.Technical skills needed for the Job 2+ years' experience managing paid social and/or programmatic advertising in an agency environment.Proficiency in Meta Tools Inc. Business Manager plus power editor/ads manager, Pixels, Audiences, Creative Hub, Campaign Planner, etc.Experience with Amazon DSP, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, TTD, XandR.Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.Experience working on multiple clients and campaigns concurrently within an agencyBonus if you have FB Blueprint, The Trade Desk, OR Google Analytics certifications.Non-technical skills important for the job Communication SkillsProject Management SkillsCritical thinking & Problem SolvingAdaptability & Continuous Learning attitudeYugal Bhatia ( Yoogle )
