An opportunity has become available for an Acting Administration Services Officer to provide support to assigned Senior Leaders to meet the operational requirements and day to day function across a range of administrative tasks for a fixed term period.

About the role:Provide a point of contact and information on behalf of the designated Senior LeaderManage diary appointments, records, emails and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetingsDraft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes and power-point presentationsAssist in recruitment processUpdate and maintain records and databasesExtract, collate and compile data and information on performance reportsUtilise Dynamics to assist with cost centre processing and reporting activitiesUndertake event planning and coordinationWork with BCEO functional areas to undertake administrative processing tasks About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstratePlan, prioritise, organise and complete tasks in a timely manner and to meet changing priorities.Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to take responsibility for completion of workloadsBe a self-starter with initiative who enjoys working as part of a team to deliver outcomes.Effective communicator (oral and written) to support the variety of queries and calls from a range of stakeholders.Formal qualifications in business, business administration or relevant similar experience is preferredExperience in executive and administrative supportAdvanced proficiency with MS Office suite and SharePointPossession of a current/valid Queensland Driver's Licence All BCE employees will be: eligible to work in Australia Undertake a National Criminal History check prior to commencing employment Have a commitment to Safeguarding Provide proof of identity at the interview as part of the pre employment screening processFor more detail, please refer to the attached Role Description.
