ConnellGriffin was established in 2013 to create an independent employee-owned consulting business of highly skilled professional staff who specialise in commercial advisory services. Since 2013, we have rapidly broadened our offering in terms of the range of services we provide and the sectors we work within.
ConnellGriffin offers a diverse team of advisors, all of whom are qualified professionals who have delivered complex infrastructure projects as engineers, advisors, contractors, lawyers and commercial managers. This combination of technical knowledge and commercial expertise enables our advisors to provide best-practice advisory services and reliable commercial advice, founded on practical experience gained through our work directly delivering projects.
We are a leader in Australian infrastructure advisory services and currently employ over 160 staff across Australia, providing guidance across every stage of the project lifecycle.

• Has experience leading diverse teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Brings knowledge in sectors like Social Infrastructure, Roads, or Rail (preferable, but not essential).
• Embodies a growth mindset, focused on collaboration and team cohesion.
• Has experience in the project development and delivery project phases (preferable, but not essential).
