The ACT Health Directorate is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Ministerial and Government Services Team as a Coordination Officer.
In this role, you'll be working closely with the Cabinet Liaison Officer to undertake a variety of duties to support administration and coordination of tasks led by the dedicated Government Business Team.
You will handle and manage sensitive and confidential documents and records, ensuring that they are maintained in accordance with the Territory Records Act 2002.
You will also coordinate requests for document review across the directorate, tracking progress and ensuring that deadlines and timeframes are met and processes are followed.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Knowledge and understanding, or ability to gain this quickly, of Objective ECM and HP Records Manager (TRIM) would be highly desirable and well regarded.Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of three months with the possibility of extension up to six months and/or permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
