Details: The Business Management Team provides administrative support to the Division, including licensing and registration activities; customer service; general administrative duties; fleet management; information technology; and operational financial matters such as accounts payable/receivable, travel/training, corporate credit cards, monthly journalling.
The advertised position manages a small team who coordinate, monitor and analyse the operational financial processes for the Division, including accounts payable/receivable, travel and training, purchasing, corporate credit cards and asset management such as fleet, IT and laboratory items in line with ACT Government policies and procedures.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to analyse, apply and provide guidance on public sector financial management principles, policies and arrangements. Experience and knowledge in the use of APIAS; TM1; Oracle; P2P System and the CTM Travel portal.
