Senior Director People and Conduct
Full-time Permanent Details: Are you a high performing people leader with a strong HR generalist background? The Education Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and capable Senior Director to lead the People and Conduct team. As part of the People and Performance leadership team, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners, People Cases and Injury Management professionals who provide complex advice on all things people, conduct and injury management.

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar and/or Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) accreditation/membership or similar. Notes: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. We have access to ongoing hybrid work arrangements including a combination of work from home and working from the office (located in Stirling ACT). Did we mention free and convenient parking?
