Details: About the Role:
The College Life Administrator plays a vital role within the College Life Team, supporting the Business Manager in the daily operations of the school while ensuring compliance with the ACT Education Directorate. This position involves managing the day-to-day administration of College Life services, including coordinating workflows, priorities, and managing student timetable information. The administrator will oversee various electronic systems such as Sentral, Timetabling Solutions, and the ACT Certification System, ensuring accurate data management and supporting student services.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining high standards of customer service, responding to the needs of students, families, and the broader college community with confidentiality and professionalism. The administrator will also support team development, providing training and guidance to the College Life Administration Team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Additionally, the College Life Administrator will manage compliance with legislative, policy, and regulatory frameworks, assist in meeting the school's compliance requirements, and ensure adherence to Work Health and Safety practices. With a focus on continuous improvement, this role will drive operational efficiency by suggesting and implementing process improvements, solving day-to-day operational challenges, and supporting team members in the enhancement of work processes.
