Salary: $85k base + super + industry leading commission structure

About the role:
As a senior consultant, you will manage a full 360 desk in the Australian manufacturing sector.
Working collaboratively with an existing team, you will have full ownership over a national market segment, selling and delivering perm and contract recruitment services under various delivery models; contingent recruitment, contract, retained search etc.

Skills and Experience:
Successful track record in business development within a 360 recruitment environment Strong background in managing the delivery of permanent recruitment services Customer centric, long term relationship approach Growth / continuous improvement mindset Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment Industry knowledge in manufacturing desirable but not essential Benefits:
