The Role:
I am seeking a Project Architect & Senior Project Architect to join this vibrant team of over 30+ professionals. This role is an excellent opportunity for experienced Project Architects who have a strong Architectural delivery background and have previously gained project lead experience ideally with a Builder or Developer. You will need to have local multi-residential delivery project experience to be successful in this Tier 1 Developer role.
Key Responsibilities: Play an instrumental role in the documentation (Revit), delivery and coordination of high-rise residential projects. Demonstrate your local knowledge of ADG, BCA and Australian Standards, specifically of Class 2 projects. Collaborate with a team of skilled architects, engineers and consultants to deliver projects on time. Mentor architectural graduates, junior staff and manage Architects and Documenters in your team. Qualifications and Experience: Architectural qualifications with minimum 5+ years post-graduate experience (Essential) . NSW Registered Architect (Preferred) . Local delivery experience of multi-residential projects (Essential) . You have worked previously as a Project Architect/Project Lead on local apartment projects (Essential) . Intermediate Revit skills (Essential) . Strong knowledge of local construction, especially in the context of Class 2 buildings (Essential) . Excellent communication and teamwork skills (Essential) . Note: No sponsorship – must have current unrestricted Australian working rights.
