I am seeking a passionate and experienced Estimator for my commercial construction client to deliver fitout Newbuild projects up to $30M.

Looking for construction estimators with 3-5+ years of experience across Newbuild and Fitout projects.

Duties & Responsibilities Preparing detailed BOQ's and variations using CostX Summarising scope of works and tenders Working with the delivery team to prepare proposals Preparing initial estimating assessments of tenders for tender shortlist review Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal procurement team to negotiate pricing Skills Required 3-5 years' + experience as an Estimator within the construction industry, ideally in Fitout & Refurbishment and/or newbuild construction Degree qualified in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying Experience estimating on Retail, Education, Commercial, Government projects up to $15m+ Advanced in CostX or Cubit & EstimateOne desired, or alike Strong communicator, financial acumen, and attention to detail Benefits Diversity & great company culture T2 management Award winning Fantastic working environment and healthy company culture Office easily accessible via public transport How to Apply: If you would like to learn more about this role, please submit your CV (including projects) to or call 0435413925.#J-18808-Ljbffr
