Our purpose is simple â make possibility a reality.About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join our talented, driven and collaborative Lotteries Marketing team who is embarking on a long-term vision to maximise the commercial potential of one of Australia's longest running and most recognised charitable Lotteries.The role will focus on commercial acquisition and deliver on the planning, creation, activation, measurement and reporting on brand and offline paid media campaigns. Leveraging your knowledge of brand marketing and offline media campaigns you will support the acquisition of new customers and growing brand awareness to maximise the efficient growth of the Lottery.Some of the exciting things you will do:Creative Development: Developing and executing the creative strategy for each campaign on brand to sell the dream of winning a prize home to our key audiencesAgency Management: We are about to embark on some exciting projects, and you will play a key role in leveraging a significant investment to increase our brand awareness as part of a yearly offline media strategy. In collaboration with our agency and partners you will bring to life the marketing strategy for each campaign on time and in budgetData Mindset: We are commercial for a cause and everything we do needs to drive brand awareness and revenue for people with disability. You will need to be comfortable using sales data tools such as Power BI to analyse campaign performance and support decision makingFinancial Management: Every dollar counts so you will need to demonstrate that you can work in with your Team Leader to efficiently use our marketing budget to achieve the best returns as well as ensuring all activities are executed within budgetTeam Culture: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to contribute to a culture of positive engagement to achieve the best outcomesRegulatory Compliance: Responsible for supporting the Team Leader Lotteries in ensuring that assigned acquisition activity complies with internal policies and procedures including data security, legal, compliance and brandWhat we are looking for:5 years in marketing experience, with at least 3+ years proven experience developing, executing and reviewing successful marketing campaignsExperience delivering successful sales and marketing promotional campaigns to both discretionary consumer and subscription databaseExtensive experience in shaping brand identity and positioning, with a strategic mindset for maintaining brand differentiation in a competitive marketExperience working with 3rd party marketing agencies, including media and PRDemonstrated experience understanding data and analyticsExperience within the Lotteries or Gaming industry highly desirableBenefits and PerksPackage up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax free, and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.Use your pre-tax income to purchase a new or used car, saving on both the purchase price and running costs.Discounts on Corporate Private Health Insurance, select Kia vehicles and discounted kitchen appliances.Supportive Induction and Learning OpportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program.Reward and Recognition Program.Intrigued?
