As an EL1 Director, Digital Organisational Change Management in the Chief Technology Officer team (CTO), under the broad supervision and guidance of the CTO, you will:
Lead and manage the organisation change management function in the CTO team to support the successful implementation of the ANAO Digital Strategy; Partner closely with the CTO Strategic Project Delivery team to integrate effective change management strategies into all projects and provide change management support, expert advice, and practical assistance in relation to the delivery of ANAO's strategy; Establish and maintain complex internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure project deliverables are met; Design, deliver and evaluate tailored change management approaches to ensure impacted stakeholders are aware, ready and supported to adopt change. This may include change management plans, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication products, training plans and stakeholder engagement workshops; Develop and deliver change artefacts to support effective adoption of digital change including Change Impact Assessments, Communication and Engagement plans, Learning and Training, Business Readiness, Change Handover Plans, and status reports; Provide business analysis support to the CTO team as well as project manage strategic digital projects. Desirable qualifications
There are no mandatory qualifications for this role. However, candidates with leadership experience in organisational change management, strong project management skills, and technical proficiency with information technology systems is highly desirable.

Security Clearance – The Australian community requires the highest level of integrity from ANAO employees. The preferred applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Baseline Level.
