About Us:
ACE Polystyrene Products is a family-owned growing business committed to excellence.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team.
This individual will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the organization and ensuring seamless administrative processes.
The Job:
You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing executive support to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts and orders through MYOB including invoicing, customer orders and inventory management.
Organising and scheduling deliveries and customer orders.
Provide high-level administrative support to customers.
Maintain accurate records and files, both digitally and physically.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
Prepare presentations, documents, and other communication materials as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrator (minimum of 3 years).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MYOB or similar account software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High level of integrity and professionalism.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
