This is a 3-month contract with an immediate start $40.00 / hr casualAs an Accounts Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial records. This temporary position based in our client's Geebung office will involve a range of accounting and administrative duties to support the Finance Team.What you'll be doingProcessing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate mannerReconciling accounts and maintaining detailed financial recordsCommunicating with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues or queriesAssisting with month-end close activitiesProviding support to the Financial Controller and other members of the finance team as neededWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounts officer or accounting support roleMust be proficient in Netsuite accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliationIntermediate level Microsoft Office applications.
