As NDIS Plan Managers, the major focus of our work is coding and processing invoices for our NDIS Participants.
This work includes processing reimbursements and invoices using the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, investigating manual claims and working as a team to ensure timely processing of payments.
Team members share the tasks of liaising with service providers, problem-solving day-to-day issues, and following up on provider and requests from the wider Plan Partners team.
This role comes with a high level of challenge and responsibility.

About You: At least 3 years experience working in an accounts-based or similar financial role is essential.
Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable.
Experience using Salesforce.

An NDIS Worker Check is required prior to starting.
