Are you looking for a new opportunity as an Accounts Supervisor?Would you like to join a highly successful independent Freight Forwarder who is able to offer career progression?Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts candidate to fulfil the following role:End to end bookkeeping and accountingCarry out accruals, prepaymentsHandling expense reporting and bank reconciliationsCredit control duties, including chasing customers for payments and resolving any queries affecting payment delays.General accounts duties, purchase ledger, adding purchase invoices to system, updating operation systemDaily bank reconciliation of GBP Sterling, Euro, and USD accountsMonth-end reporting, including trial balance preparation and statutory accountsPreparing and filing VAT returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulationsPreparation of year-end accounts & PayrollEssential skills and experience:Minimum 5 years Finance experience, ideally at Senior or Supervisor levelSage 50, Excel, Multifreight, TeamsExperience in Freight Forwarding industry an advantage but not essential.If you would like more information please contact us today.
