Accounts Representative

As an Account Representative, you will assist with ongoing sales growth and satisfaction in a customer centric environment. Supporting new and existing Bullivants accounts, you will take a proactive approach by coordinating customer quotes while collaborating with the Business Development Managers to foster sales growth.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at Bullivants Braeside.Some of the tasks:Assist the Customer Service Officers with sales orders, phone and email communications as requiredSupport with pricing level optimisation across portfolio to maximise sales and marginResolve queries and ensure first contact resolution to ensure overall satisfactionIdentify, evaluate and recommend alternative service solutions where requiredSupport with customer complaint resolution across relevant portfolioMonitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to the Area Sales ManagerSome of the skills:Previous experience in a customer centric work environmentAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentHigh level attention to detailGood written, verbal communication and computer skillsProactive nature with a focus on problem solving to achieve an outcomeNext StepsIf you meet most of the criteria listed above and would like to be considered for this opportunity, please send your application today.
