We're looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team in Mexico City.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in collections and account reconciliation, ideally within logistics or transportation sectors.

What you'll do: Manage and resolve Accounts Receivable (A/R) issues, ensuring accurate billing and timely collections. Manage "Complementos de Pago". Oversee customer and vendor records, maintaining updated information in our systems. Ensure smooth operations for collections, including customer communication to resolve any invoice discrepancies. Post and reconcile customer payments, including handling ACH records in SAP. Conduct account reconciliations, dunning runs, and prepare weekly performance reports. Collaborate with customers and internal teams, like sales and operations, to address and escalate issues as needed. What we're looking for: Experience: Minimum 5 years in Accounts Receivable, preferably in logistics, transportation, or customs brokerage. Technical Skills: Knowledge of electronic invoicing (CFDI) and familiarity with customer portals and banking reconciliation. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and problem-solving with a focus on proactive follow-ups and client interactions. Language: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
