About the role
Technilux Pty Ltd has an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time/casual basis in Nunawading. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records and supporting the overall operations of the business.
What you'll be doing Flexible hours 15-20 hours/week, negotiable Mon- Fri only. No weekends required.Performing routine bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivablePreparing and processing invoices, and other financial documentsGeneral office support including reception, phones and document managementProvide assistance to the office manager and be a support for all areas of the businessCollaborate with logistics staff to ensure accurate inventory management occursWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping/accounts receivable. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skillsExperience in using Xero, highly desiredProficiency in using the Microsoft 365Experience with Unleashed inventory management software would be preferrable but not essential Good numerical and analytical skills, Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standardsWhat we offer
