Camp Management Services Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Payroll professional to join our team in Hervey Bay, Queensland.

What you'll be doing Processing accounts receivable and managing credit control for the companyHandling payroll and associated tasks for our employeesMaintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standardsProviding administrative support to the finance team as neededIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance functionFollowing up on overdue accountsReporting to the DirectorsWhat we're looking for Previous experience in an accounts receivable or payroll role, preferably within the Accounting industryStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyProficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (we use MYOB, Newbook and REI Master)Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team (our team is both in the office and remote/online)Flexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesWhat we offer At Camp Management Services, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
