What you will have:
Proven experience in accounts payable and/or receivable roles.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Proficiency with accounting/finance software
Strong communication skills for handling both vendor and customer queries.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
What you will do:
Accounts Payable:
Processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Managing payment schedules and processing electronic transfers.
Reconciling AP ledgers and resolving discrepancies.
Responding to vendor queries and maintaining organised financial records.
Accounts Receivable:
Managing invoicing, payment collections, and customer account reconciliations.
Following up on outstanding debts and handling payment inquiries.
Preparing regular AR reports, including ageing and cash flow reports.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
