About the role: We are looking for a passionate Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team!
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include generating invoices, receipting payments from customers, and debt collection.
The role will require you to liaise with internal and external customers as well as occasionally assist with reception duties.
About you:
To be the successful candidate, you will have:
A professional and proactive attitude.Strong attention to detail in dealing with high volume data.An ability to work with high degrees of numeracy and the ability to negotiate, solve problems, and meet strict deadlines.A pleasant telephone manner and demonstrate high levels of customer care.The ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.Demonstrated highly effective communication skills – both written and oral.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel.Please note that experience is not essential as training will be provided.
