Our finance team have an opportunity for a customer-centric Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team.
12-month fixed-term contract due to project requirements Full-time hours, based in our Perth office (located in West Perth from January) Flexible working arrangements offered, including opportunity to work from home / remotely Reporting to our Accounts Receivable Team Leader, the primary focus of this role is to professionally attend to internal and external customer enquiries and support various areas of business activities including payment receipting.
About the role: Timely generation of invoices and daily receipting Process client refunds in line with legislative requirements Complete confidential customer support including taking payments over the phone Maintain accurate files and records Follow-up and resolve customer queries About you: You pride yourself on delivering excellent service to your customers and have an ability to listen and communicate clearly on the phone and in writing.
You have an established understanding of accounting concepts and procedures relevant to accounts receivable and payable.
You will also bring: Previous experience in a similar role; working within a team as well as independently Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all Bethanie employees and external customers Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Experience in the aged care, disability or not-for-profit sectors is desirable but not essential Working with Bethanie At Bethanie we are committed to being an employer of choice by creating a supportive and compassionate environment for our people and customers.
