Accounts Receivable Officer

An exciting opportunity to join a global leader as an Accounts Receivable Officer on a Fixed Term basis- this is for a Mat Leave Cover and is highly likely to be extended.

We are on the lookout for a motivated AR officer to join a global company who is a leader in their sector. You will be responsible for full function AR.  
Darlinghurst office base, 5 x days in the office. Paying $75,000 - $85,000 + super, pending relevant experience Short distance from public transport - c. 8 minute walk from either Edgecliffe or Kings Cross Station SAP experience is a must have Your New Role 

As an Accounts Receivable Officer you will:
Manage full-function accounts receivable processes Perform AR reconciliations as part of month-end close, reporting, other EOM AR related duties Calculate and report bad debts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies. Collaborate with the finance team on sales transactions financed through financial institutions, following specific processes for each. Ensure asset numbers are correctly applied on invoices, credits, and collections, with a focus on major accounts. Support other finance tasks as required. Requirements: Strong experience with SAP is essential Proven experience with Accounts Receivable is essential - even better if from a distribution/product based environment A superstar communicator - proven track record of cross function communication and strong stakeholder management skills
