ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Scape Finance Team. In this role, you will process rent for our residents, manage the bond process, and contribute to improving reporting and internal control processes. This role is based in our Sydney CBD Head Office, 5 days per week.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You will be detail-oriented with the ability to perform the following tasks:
More than two years of finance experience Familiarity with general ledger systems; experience with NetSuite is desirable but not compulsory Previous experience with a room booking system such as PEX or StarRez is advantageous Familiarity with the bond lodgement process is desirable High level of proficiency in MS Excel Medium level proficiency in other MS Office products – Word, PowerPoint, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills; all official communication is in English Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized A self-starter and solutions-focused Confident in questioning discrepancies Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and rectify data collection issues Dependable, enthusiastic, and a team player PERKS & BENEFITS At Scape, we are all about creating and sharing good vibes.
