We are what you're looking for.The RoleBe a part of our growing team with new projects coming online - it's an exciting time to join CBH.Working as part of Finance Shared Services team, you would be responsible for invoicing customers and growers, receipting of funds, bank reconciliations and corporate credit card management. Additional tasks may include maintenance of process documentation, SAP to satellite systems reconciliation and interface error resolution, intercompany charges, asset sales, and month end journal processing.This is a permanent full-time position, based in the Perth CBD.Responsibilities include:Respond to internal and external customer queries, escalating to Manager as required (multiple inbox management)Ensure correct coding and processing of all customer/grower invoices. Complete analysis on, and process all invoice errors whether from manual billing or RPAManagement of the CBH group Corporate Credit Card programme; systems and reporting to ensure adherence to the corporate credit card policiesPerform AUD and Foreign Currency banking transactions and reconciliations for key bank accounts daily, weekly and monthlyManage End of Month and Year End processing; reconciling and reporting activities relating to accounts receivable activities for multiple business unitsPerform and recommend adjustments, write-offs, and refunds for customer accounts, ensuring adequate documentation is prepared for management review and approvalAbout You:Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable (3 + years) in a large entityExperience working with automated invoice systemsUnderstanding and proficient MS Excel knowledgeProficient understanding and ability to use AR systems - SAP knowledge essential, Concur experience of benefitA strong understanding of Accounting Principles, Australian Consumer Law, National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, and privacy laws and principlesWhy work with CBH?Work with meaning and being part of something biggerPlay a critical role in moving WA's grain from paddocks to ports, and on to countries all around the world.
