Your responsibilities in thisposition will include:Monitor aged debtorsLiaise with Legal Assistants and Principals regarding the status of aged invoicesIdentify items for client follow upFollow up clients via phone and email regarding overdue invoicesCoordinate the correction / reissue of invoices as required to facilitate paymentAssist with preparing monthly reports for the Finance CommitteeAbout YouWe're seeking a driven AccountsReceivable Officer with at least two years' experience in a similar accountsreceivable/collections role, who is keen to support a talented and busy team.In addition, you will need a strong working knowledge of Excel, be wellorganised and have a keen eye for detail.
