About your new job:
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, this role will focus on managing a portfolio of the organisation's debtors and providing administrative support within the AR function while providing ad-hoc support to other functions within the business.
Responsibilities include:
Managing AR inbox and associated tasksPerform Collection calls as requiredManaging debtors' inboxes and handling inquiriesPreparing and issuing invoices and managing the billing processResolving account discrepanciesGenerating statementsPerform various forms of reconciliations as requiredContributing to ongoing process improvement

You will need to demonstrate a clear track record of success in a similar role.
Specifically, you will possess the following:
Experience in Accounts receivable and billingsStrong and clear communication skillsAbility to multitask and have strong organizational skillsAttention to detail and accuracyFocused and have great time management skills
