The key focus of this role is to manage the creation through to collection of Progress Claim invoices across our various brands. More specifically, you will:Create and release Progress Claim invoices to our customers through relevant stages of constructionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, lenders and colleaguesAccurately and promptly process customer paymentsManage overdue accounts, liaising with our customers to develop plans for resolutionCollaborate with other teams across our brands to promptly address customer queriesAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
