This is a great opportunity to join our high growth company supporting them to achieve the company's goals.Your key responsibilities will include:Invoices and receiptsCreating invoices for wholesale customersReceiving and verifying invoices, processing payments in a timely mannerManaging Customer accountsCollect due and overdue accountsResolve customer complaints and manage credit notesApply cash receipts and reconcile customer accountsRespond to customer enquiries regarding proof of delivery and pricingTake customers on and off credit hold in line with the Laurent Bakery credit policyProvide a positive customer focus, understanding the importance of customer satisfaction and loyaltyReporting and recordingManaging and maintain your own ledger of business to business accounts to reduce debt in arrearsCreate monthly sales reportsPrepare monthly financial reportsMaintain pricing structure in ERPClaimsComplete pricing claims (including frozen items claims) efficiently and within the appropriate timeframeYour skills and experience will include:3-5 years previous experience in an Accounts Receivable/Credit Control roleSAP application/knowledge preferredKnowledge of customer portals is desirableAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven ability to manage working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.Strong administration and Microsoft Office skills, particularly excelQualifications:Tertiary qualification in accounting, or a related business disciplinePrior experience with an ERP system is highly regardedYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an accounts receivable officer?How many years of accounts receivable experience do you have?Do you have experience in administration?How many years of credit control experience do you have?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Do you have previous invoicing experience?What's your expected annual base salary?
