About the Role:
Reporting to the Credit Manager and working collaboratively among a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:
Manage a debtors ledger of national accounts Daily reconciliation of the accounts Follow up on outstanding debt Providing high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders Handle and assess credit applications Allocation and receipting of payments Review and set up new accounts and customers, including the completion of credit checks Collaboratively participate in strategic planning and continued process improvement Reporting duties and ad hoc tasks as required About You:
To be considered as a successful applicant for this business, you will be an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer. You thrive in a dynamic environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount. Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely payment collections. You are adept at reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and implementing solutions proactively. The ideal individual will have a reliable and positive attitude, a willingness to provide support in a team environment, and have a keen eye for detail. You will have strong time management skills and prior experience in a busy finance environment.
