About the role: We are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone with Accounts Receivable or Credit Control experience to join our professional team on 1 Year Maximum Term Contract. Working closely with a friendly and supportive team, the ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an AR officer, you will be looking after the end to end collection process, as well as assisting in approving credit applications.
Your main responsibilities will include: To proactively collect payment and manage debtors in accordance with company guidelinesTo accurately reconcile debtor ledgers with customer on regular basis and address any discrepancies in timely manner. To interact with various departments across the company and address any accounts related issue and queries from customers.To assist in credit control duties including making assessment on customer credit applications by conducting credit search, analysing customer financial statements and PPSR registration. To deliver excellent customer service and maintain a balanced attitude while performing AR duties.To ensure customer profile is kept up to date with information maintained accurately and promptlyTo handle incoming calls and emails within established guidelinesTo assist in any ad hoc administrative tasks requested by the credit manager or credit team leader.
