About The Opportunity We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Collections team.
Based in our modern Collins St office, you'll play a vital role in managing credit collections for our Property Services division.
As part of an established team, you'll be responsible for handling assigned accounts, maximising cash flow, and minimising financial risk through effective debt collection and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities Contact clients to facilitate timely collection of outstanding payments.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in vendor records.
Investigate and resolve disputes that may delay payments.
Escalate non-payment risks to the line manager promptly.
Contribute to regular reviews of the accounts ledger to support team objectives.
Maintain and update daily running worksheets.
Assist in calculating monthly targets and provide insights on overdue accounts.
Carry out additional duties as required to support team goals.
About You This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administration or accounts experience to grow their career at a dynamic, national organisation.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following: Experience in cash collections and management of a large ledgers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Cert III in Business Administration or similar, desired but not required.
