The Role: We have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team based in Rutherford, NSW. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Monitor and respond to AR emails dailyCheck and process new customer requests daily, as requiredProcess Customer Trade Account Applications daily, as requiredRun report for customers over credit limit and place customers on stop dailyRun report for COD customers and place on stop dailyMonitor and Act on Aged Receivables report dailyPrepare Customers-on-stop report weeklyReconcile Debtors, MYOB/SIMPRO, end of monthSend customer statements, end of monthUpdate SimPro records as necessary including job information and asset registersProvide information by answering questions and requestsHandle multiple tasksCarry out administrative tasks as directedAnswer and direct phone callsTaking customer Eftpos paymentsCustomer master data updatesOur ideal candidate will have: Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar roleSolid knowledge of office proceduresExperience with Microsoft 365, Word, ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to DetailsData entry skills with a high degree of accuracyCustomer Service orientation and negotiation skills To Apply:
