I am recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Officer for a full-time permanent position.The client I am working with operates within the infrastructure space and is entering a period of growth.
They require an experienced candidate who has experience within the Construction/infrastructure space; candidates who have worked on large projects will be strongly considered.The ideal candidate will be a part of system and process improvements to drive positive change in the way they run projects during their next chapter of growth.
The Role:Install new systems and work practices so costs are covered from point of contract award through to project end.Maintain cost tracking on each project and final P&L's.Administer Project order bookings, load project budgets, revenue and invoicing milestones.Assist with Project variations and submissions.Assist with project budget adjustments during project execution.Ensure all costs and hours from site crews are captured.Track project invoicing status and issue invoices to clients.Consolidate and follow up with relevant parties for monthly reports.Prepare timesheet reports.Reconcile project committed costs against Project Resources/Purchase Orders.Take corrective actions to ensure project commitments tally with project resources and expenses.Raise or amend project purchase orders.Reconcile and monitor controls stock levels.Requirements:Experience working on large construction/infrastructure projects.Ability to drive positive change in processes.Ability to communicate effectively with PMs, estimators and site crews.Experience with large ERP systems.Perfect communication skills.Full Australian working rights.Benefits:Permanent role.Learning and development opportunities.Sitting within an established team.Parking on site.Competitive remuneration package.If you are looking for a new opportunity with a company that is experiencing a period of growth, then please click the link to apply!
