This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in managing receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Duties:Generating invoices to customersContacting customers with overdue balances as per agreed timeframesManaging the accounts receivable inbox & assisting with remittances email inbox including providing copies of invoices/statements as requestedProcessing customer Credit Card Payments and RefundsReceipting of payments as requiredSkills & Experience:3+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable role in a large companyIntermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)Good verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and able to meet deadlinesIf you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and want to work with a team that's making an impact, we'd love to hear from you!
