About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team in Southport. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in managing receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Duties: Generating invoices to customers Contacting customers with overdue balances as per agreed timeframes Managing the accounts receivable inbox & assisting with remittances email inbox including providing copies of invoices/statements as requested Processing customer Credit Card Payments and Refunds Receipting of payments as required Skills & Experience: 3+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable role in a large company Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills and able to meet deadlines If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and want to work with a team that's making an impact, we'd love to hear from you!
